We are Teresa and Giovanna, daughters of Italian immigrants. We lived in Italy for many years and as children, grew up in a small town at the foot of a mountain amidst vineyards and cobblestone streets. From a young age we had the privilege of experiencing the real Italy. It is the Italy that we love and call home.
Teresa was a physician by trade who worked tirelessly for years for the well-being of her patients. But with the birth of her second child in 2014, she decided to stay home and raise her children full time and launch a new career in Italian vacation planning.
Giovanna was an executive in the fashion industry for almost 20 years who also wished to follow an alternative passion in the travel industry. She joined forces with Teresa full time in 2022 after having worked with her part time for many years.
Together we have planned countless vacations over the years, both for ourselves, as well as for friends, family and colleagues. We truly enjoy helping others discover what we love most about our beautiful country, the hidden gems and the local customs that make it so unique.
We live every day to employ our lifelong passion for Italy to help others create their dream vacations.
We have often found that the most memorable vacation moments stem less from the checklists in a guidebook and more from immersing yourself in the everyday life and customs of the locals.
From our childhood years in southern Italy, to the many family vacations in Sicily or on the Italian Riviera, from our engagements on the Ponte Vecchio and wedding in a Tuscan castle (Teresa) and a juliette balcony in our hometown and wedding in an Umbrian castle (Giovanna), to honeymoons on Lake Como and the Amalfi coast (Teresa) Venice and Florence (Giovanna), we have traveled through Italy extensively and experienced many of her treasures.
